CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Dance Tango NY Inc. Buenos Aires Tango Tour
This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of signing by and between Dance Tango NY Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “DTNY”) and the participant (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”).
1. Tour Details
• Tour Dates: July 10 – July 2018, 2026
• Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
• Organizer: Dance Tango NY Inc.
2. Services Provided by Dance Tango NY Inc.
DTNY is responsible for organizing and providing the following tango-related experiences during the tour:
1. Professional Tango Partners:
• Professional dancers will be hired for 24 hours over the 8-day trip to accompany participants at milongas, prácticas.
• Artists may change, but they will be of a similar level of expertise.
2. Guided Tango Experiences:
• One (1) guided city tour related to tango culture.
• One (1) tango show at a recognized venue.
3. Milonga & Práctica Entries:
• Entry to six (6) milongas or prácticas during the trip.
4. Tango Master Conversations:
• Three (3) conversations with experts on:
• Tango Music
• Tango Dance
• Fileteado (Argentinian decorative painting style)
5. Tango Shoe & Clothing Shopping Experience.
6. A Welcome Brunch and Goodbye Brunch.
3. Responsibility & Liability
• DTNY is only responsible for organizing and providing the tango-related experiences as outlined in Section 2.
• DTNY is NOT responsible for:
• Flights, accommodations, meals, local transportation, or any personal expenses incurred by the Participant.
• Travel insurance, medical expenses, or any unforeseen events (e.g., cancellations, delays, or accidents).
• Any circumstances beyond DTNY’s control, including changes in schedules, venue availability, or artist substitutions.
4. Payment & Cancellation Policy
• The total cost of the tour and payment schedule will be provided separately.
• All payments are refundable until April 1st, 2026
5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing this contract, the Participant agrees to the terms outlined above and understands that DTNY is solely responsible for the tango-related activities included in the tour.
